I had read in the guides to making your I-130.

It says for me to make 4 copies of the G-325a it for both the petitioner and the beneficiary.

So this means, to have one original copy, with the real signatures, then make 4 more photocopies of each and send them, or to make 4 more original copies? Please let me know, thank you!

Print 4 copies of the G-325A for yourself and 4 copies for the beneficiary. You and the beneficiary have to sign all 4 copies. Original signatures for all the pages. Good luck :)

Thank you very much! :)

The new G325a has a single copy. That's all that's needed. The VJ guides are out of date on the subject but sending four won't hurt anything but the tree killed to make the paper. One G325a for each of you.

Since you're posting in the K3 forum about filing an I-130, this is a perfect opportunity to save some trees and you some money. Forget about K3 and just follow the CR1 guide. K3 is virtually obsolete. Let the trees love you too.
