Employment: Have You Ever Taken a Management Assessment Test

While exploring other career opportunities, I submitted an online application with a well known company. Given the candidate "vetting" capability of software today, I was later asked to complete step 2 online. Which was a management skills assessment questionnaire.

Has anyone completed one of these or have any knowledge of them?

With Walmart, there Mgmnt assessment test is about that long. I only know of associates that took the test from inside the store. Not sure how that works coming from the outside.

It was meant to be sarcasm . . . . .

But if you'd like a serious answer, I'd hazard that as employers are receiving an exceptional number of applicants for jobs, they have instituted more standardized means to screen out potential applicants. And as its late on the mainland previous test takers are not awake. Additionally those on VJ would not have taken this type of test for a job application since it probably wasn't as necessary several months ago. Therefore, you may be one of few who will be taking this type of standardized test.

These measures have been in place for some time now, yet some do not realize it. A study of HR (now known as "talent Acquisition") will reveal the aforementioned test. I was simply asking if anyone had taken the test recently ......
