Hello, Guys !

My fiance is going to Interview in mid december and here are few questions

1- DS - 230 not required?

2- i-601 . She was denied tourist visa few years back and there is a need to file I-601. Anyone dealt with it? There wasn't any mention of submitting form I-601 on her behalf, but we want to be ready . Any suggestions?

3- Evidence of engagement. What to write in DS -156K under this question ? There wasn't ring or anything. I just asked her to marry me . We met few times during last 6 months on different occasions and I met her family as well she met mine. Have photos , receipts, etc. But there is no ring or receipt for it Any suggestions?

4- Medical exams. Any statue of limitations ? 1 month in advance is ok? Do they require translation of vaccination records from local clinic?

1. Not required in Kiev for a K1

2. Not an issue. Nearly everyone gets denied tourist visas in Ukraine. Nothing needed, no need to mention it, it will not be asked about

3. Update your fiance(e) letters of intent from the petition. Probably won't be needed but do it anyway and bring them with

4. No. She should bring her vaccination records with her to the medical. They will transcibe these onto the DS 3025. You will need this for the AOS not for the visa interview and she will keep this form. Don't lose it.
