Affidavit of Support fee while filing for K1 Adjustment of Status

Hi,

I am on a K1 Fiancee visa ready to file for Adjustment of Status.

I was wondering if one needs to pay the $70 fee for the Affidavit of Support (I-864) and use the bar coded form while submitting the package for Adjustment of Status (I-485) from a K1 Visa ?

Checked out the K1 Adjustment of Status guide and it didnt have any reference to the Affidavit of Support fee. Just indicated that the form needs filling. We are a bit confused.

There is no fee for the affidavit of support when submitted to USCIS for the adjustment of status. The total AOS fee is $1010 and includes biometrics, I-765 and I-131 if filed at the same time.
