mayo, dijon, horseradish, chives, salt, pepper, sweet pickle, lemon juice, worcestershire, garlic

that sux :(

there is nothing quite like a long, hot shower.. hot water is miracle stuff

problem with that is --- if the house is not warm enough after the shower, the cold would ** it up even more.
