I'm trying to bake Christmas cookies. Either my oven svcks or I do or I'm just not feeling it. Decided to have a beer instead and walk the Pudgetastic after I sent the Hubster to his math final

i haven't baked cookies this year. it's not really my thing and charles haven't asked for it.

they just stick to my granite countertops and get all out of shape when putting them on the cookie sheet. can't use more flour to make them not stick. and my oven svcks. guess it's not so much fun doing it alone. we usually have a big party while baking the cookies for the whole family with nice champagne and a good dinner afterwards

roll the dough out on a cutting board or in between pieces of plastic wrap. chill it again before cutting it.
