I have a serious problem. Nosy people asking what my tattoo means. It's none of their damn business. Seriously. The meaning of my tattoo is something I wanted on my body, it's for me, not for other people. This nurse at the hospital asked ''does it have a meaning'' I said ''yes''. that was it. I thought I cut her off by saying yes it has a meaning. But no, the nosy has to ask ''well, what does it mean'' and after I tell her she goes ''oh'', like she's disappointed or shocked, and not only that, after I told her what they were, she asked me to get in details. And this doctor's reaction was even worse, when I told him the meaning he was like ''why did you do that'' #######? seriously? Are you my dad? Am I 12? Do I really owe you any explanation about what I do with my body. It's not like I have KKK tattooed or the devil biting Jesus Christ's head off.

So my question is, how can I tell them is none of your damn business in nice words? I was thinking maybe I can say ''it has a personal (or is it private?) meaning that even if I tried to explain it would make no sense to you''. Because I've told people ''that's private'' just like that and they always apologize for asking and that makes me feel guilty, like I'm being rude.
