DS-3032 and AOS processing

Hi guys,

I sent my DS-3032 by email on Oct 30 and also sent a hard copy. The AVR says they recieved the DS-3032 on Nov 3 not sure if they got email or hard copy. My AOS package was also delivered same day.

Two questions:

how long is it taking for the DS-3032 these days? anyone who got it sent recently in November 09?

How about i-864? and also how long did it take to acknowledge they recieved it?

Do they tell you if they got something in email or hard copy?

I am just waiting, i did pay iv bill early and it shows paid on their website not on their system yet...so just waiting until i can send the ds-230 package.

my ds3032 took 1 week. i just got it accepted this week. as long as they hv accepted it, why do u worry if they got the e-mail or the hard copy. As of the i-864, i m working on it, i ll be sending it in 2 days. hopefuly.

yea i am not worried which one they received but it is now getting over a week already. I sent my i-864 package then too but it has been close to 1 week and there is no update as to if they received it and it has not been entered in teh system. so still waiting.

Our 3032 was mailed and emailed on the 21st of October from europe. NVC received it on the 3rd of Nov. and it wasn't accepted until the 10th.

I also mailed in the i864 around the same time. They received it on the 26th of October and when I called on Nov 4th they had already reviewed it and said everything was ok with it. I got an RFE though but it was because they were expecting to receive the i230 by that time....the RFE was stating that the i230 was missing.

Even though they have received your 3032 they have not accepted it yet. Once they accept it they will send you an email with the barcode to send in with your IV docs.

Actually, once they accept your DS3032, the IV bill becomes payable. You do not get the barcoded sheet until the IV bill has been paid.

i was able to pay the IV fees and have the barcoded sheet (paid before i got the IV Bill). I just want the system to be fixed before i do anything else. I am still collecting the police certs so will send it once i have everything instead of sending half and getting an RFE. Hoping if all goes well maybe Dec 15 or something i could potentially get a case complete...who knows.

Check my signature for the timelines...IV Bill is enabled in the system once DS3032 is entered into the system but do not pay until you receive IV Fee Bill Email and this email will be sent once DS3032 is accepted.

I sent my DS 3032 by email,And i paid online my AOS bill.So now shall i wait to get 864A package by mail or i can download the form online and sent it to NVC?In my receipt page they r giving instruction for 864..

After you've paid your AOS bill online, wait after two or three days then log into your account if it appear as Paid then print out the document cover sheet and send it with your I-864A. the sooner the better it is.Download the I-864A and complete the entire document sent it ASAP!!!
