Hello, I want to send to my fiancee everything she will need in order to comply with the pre-interview requirements of package 3 (which she should receive in about three to seven weeks). I've already sent her a complete copy of the I-129F package.

Next, I plan to send her copies of NOA1 and NOA2; an updated Fiance Letter of Intent; copies of my Birth Certificate, Notice of Registration of Birth and Passport; a copy of my Employment Letter; copies of four recent Pay Stubs; a computer generated salary statement; a copy of my 2008 Tax Return. Since I plan to visit her before her interview, I think I will continue to collect and carry in proof of our relationship since NOA1.

Please help me if my list is not complete. Also, do I need to send a copy the whole 2008 tax return or just the W-2 form? Thanks for your help!

W-2 and the tax return. Tax transcripts are actually better. Don't forget photos together. Lots of them.

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

A copy of your tax return could be falsified but if your employment letter & pay statements look good they might overlook that.

A free call to the IRS can get you 3 years of tax transcripts (in about 2 weeks). You might order them now and be ready to

send them at the time of the interview or soon after if they want more proof in that area. Remember to black out your

social security number because they are just looking for your name and level of income. Any time your SSN appears

somewhere there is a risk. In my 2006, 2007 & 2008 transcripts the SSNs appeared on many pages, not just the

first one as on a normal 1040.

I have not been with my fiancee since prior to the NOA1 and NOA2 approval notices. We have a lot of photos from July and August 09. I already sent five of those in with the I-129F. Do you think I should include more photos from that period? If so, when do we submitt them at the interview of before the interview? I would prefer to wait to submitt evidence of proof of ongoing relationship until the interview, since we are still collecting this and I will be visiting her again soon. What do you think?

Thanks, I just downloaded a form from the IRS website and will fax it to them tomorrow.

The 5 you sent is fine for the I-129F filing. The real test of proof of relationship comes at the interview. When you visit her go nuts with the camera. I lived with my wife in Thailand for 2 years, and I got 221g partly because of not enough proof. There was an a$$hole American there at that time. Apparently he is gone now thank god. Do you recommend sending copies of my entire tax returns or just the W-2s?

Complete tax return including all schedules and supporting documents including any W2 or 1099 forms, OR tax return transcripts.
