Timeline

I just came back from the SSA office i didn't get the SSN they gave me a letter stating that they are going to submit my application to the DHS for verification and in about 4 weeks time they will send me a SSN card if the information i gave them matches with that of DHS, was i denied?????????

Oct-20-2008 NOA from VSC of I-751

Nov-11-2008 Received date for biometric for

Mar-10-2009 Transfered to CSC

May-27-2009 Green Card approved

File Citizenship {N-400}

Nov-14-2009 Mailed N-400 application

Nov-24-2009 Check cashed

Nov-27-2009 Rec'd NOA in mail, dated 11/23/2009

Jan-04-2010 Rec'd Interview date in mail

Feb-02-2010 Interview date

No, it means that they are going to submit your application to the DHS to verify what you told them is correct and in 4 weeks they will send you a SSN card if the information that you gave them matches with the DHS.

How did you arrive at a conclusion that you were denied???

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

No, we are going through the same thing. He was here 36 days before he applied for SSN and for some idiotic reason he still was not in SAVE. Don't believe the 4 week info....it's been nearly 7 for us since he applied for his SSN and still no word.

No, we are going through the same thing. He was here 36 days before he applied for SSN and for some idiotic reason he still was not in SAVE. Don't believe the 4 week info....it's been nearly 7 for us since he applied for his SSN and still no word.

i came to the conclusion that i have been denied because i have been here 2 weeks i am not entered into SAVE yet

I got mine no prblem at all........in one week it was here, i applyed 2 weeks after arrival.

October: Waiting

November: Waiting

December: In Security checks

January 2006: Waiting

February: Waiting..Contacted Congress

March 4th: APPROVED

March 17th: NVC posted file to London

March 20th: London Receives file

March 29th: Receive package 3

April 13th: London Receives package

April 19th: Medical - June 13th: INTERVIEW......APPROVED!!!!

June 20th: ARRIVE IN USA

Time taken for whole process 9 Months

AOS

October: 13th: Sent off AOS Package

November 3rd: NOA1

November 14th: Snail mail ~ NOA1 ~ Case moved to the CSC for faster processing.

November 14th : CSC has petition for me and my daughter.

December 14th: Biometrics completed.

January 17th: APPROVED AOS!

January 22nd: Green card arrives in the mail:))

Time taken for AOS - 3.5 Months

Finished for 2 years.
