I heard the ending of the movie sucked.

My wife saw it last night. I asked her how it was, and she giddily said, "Oh it was horrible!" I asked if it was worse than the first one... "Oh, absolutely!"

And yet I would be a large sum of money that she'll see it again.

That's the crazy thing about this franchise...a lot of people say they hate it, yet most of them have read the books / seen the movies and completely financed the Twilight industry! I have no problem with the Twilight fad...I find it amusing more than anything.

I heard the beginning and middle sucked too.

I heard the end credits sucked.

I'm a fan of terrible/good movies (see: Glitter, Showgirls) but twilight was so bad it left me going: "What is the hype about?"

I mean at least with Glitter and Showgirls you had the critics and audiences agreeing.

Speaking of terrible/good movies I watched: "I know who killed me today" SO BAD IT WAS GOOD!

My favorite terrible / good movie is probably Starship Troopers. I remember when it first came out in theatres and I loved it, knowing full well that it was a BAD movie!

I read and liked the Twilight books but when I finally saw the first movie, I couldn't help but laugh through it. The film was horribly done and the acting on Kristin and Rob's plate was way too cheesy.

The movie wasn't great, but I thought it was a lot better than the first one. The graphics weren't as cheesy and the cinematography was actually decent. And that guy who plays Jacob is actually a good actor, so the fact a lot of the movie was based around him made the acting a little better. But yeah, the guy who plays Edward still can't act and Bella still blinks way to often to be normal...

Yea yea I know it happens all of the time, but there are talented and very handsome native people they could have found.

Like this 1 native guy that seems to appear in all films that call for a middle aged native guy?

I swear I've seen this dude in 10000 things. He always has a very small passing role where he plays some kind of elder native man.

Graham Greene. He's a nice guy. Totally type cast though. There's like 5 native people who always end up in the movies playing the same characters over and over. Thats the problem with being a minority and acting, esp. being a native person. They all expect us to be windtalkers or something.

There is a large native arts community in Toronto and Vancouver though.

It's the same in New Zealand - there are a handfull of Maori/Pacific Island actors and you see them over and over. Somewhat the same with American movies and asian actors.

I suppose there is such a small pool because there are a minority of them to pull from in the experienced actor pool - but wouldn't it be nice if that weren't the case and seeing natives and people from other minority groups in films was the norm!
