So, if lgg and Mal get asked if they were ever associated with the communist party at their interview, do they have to say yes?

I was asked at my AOS interview... they also asked me if I was ever a terrorist, along with some other weird yet hilarious things.

yes! I had to try really hard not to laugh at half of that stuff... Like, "do you have plans to overthrow the government?" Or, "have you ever been deported?" I mean, If I've ever been deported, wouldn't you already know about it? And if you don't, then shouldn't you?

Ahhh, I didn't know you were the USC! So, I guess it doesn't matter does it. You can go and be communist all you want! Not suggesting you are a communist... but you could be... if you wanted!

My rant for the day.. I locked myself out of my office and I was the last one there and I left my car keys on my desk. Now I'm sitting outside playing on the internet on the laptop until hubby gets here with my spare set of car keys. Thank god he is here right now or I'd be walking 13 miles home. Now let's hope my spare key works. Its kind of worn out....

First thing I do tomorrow is put a spare office key on my house keys... GRRRRRRRRRRRR

It's just an off topic group, Wyatt. It's been around for quite a few years - well before Lgg and I joined it.

Actually it's been around for about 6 months. It was a group of the more politically liberal posters who started using the term as a sarcastic reference when some of the more ignorant posters would rant on and on about socialism coming to america.
