Bah. Don't let him rain on your parade, Kim. Take all your ties and be confident. You're not doing anything wrong.

Lol it's ok i wont let it bug me ..cuz........

Woot i'm in! lol ok i'm biased..i <3 my poe. i know ashen had some stupidities with the i-94, but honestly, compared to port huron/sarnia and montreal corssing, this one is the best at least for me.

for one, they dont treat me like #######. i dont get rude looks, i do not get attitudes, and from what i've seen they are always pleasant and seem very helpful. I think they also realize i know what i'm doing and it must be marked in the computer that i come Prepared. i mean i walk in there cofindent, ready to tell the truth, and i always have that big blue according file folder with me. they almost let me through without going to secondary, except my rent wasn't expensive enough. you could tell the guy at the booth really didn't wanna send me in.

lol he saw i guess how many times david cross's and he was like " guy, all you ahve to do is file a petition ya know" to which i yelled across David " WE DID..MY INTERVIEW IS MARCH 30TH! :). apprently david said i was way too happy at customs LOL.

same thing in secondary, the guy is like ok what proof do you have for me. i was like heres my lease, here proof of me paying my rent my hudry here are all my tility bills in my name and address. and even he was like " all you have to do is file a peition". lol and again i'm like I DID!! and i whip out my noa2, and my p3 and stuff and hes like..OH...so he asks me a few questions. i sit down..he asks when is my interview while i was sitting in the waiting area, and again i yell out with a Sh1te eating grin "march 30th" lol everyone was just looking at me /blush :P

total time at border 15 mins..lol.

so as we leave the cpb guy is like next time make sure you bring all this again eh? and i'm like dont worry..next time 'ITS FOREVER!

i <3 my Poe :)

:angry::angry::angry::crying::blink::wacko:

you are not going to freaking believe this..

my husband went out the door to leave for work earlier and he comes back a few minutes later and says his car is gone... :o:o

we called the police and they are on their way....

Ohhhh, Marilyn. :( I am so so sorry. (F) I did read that they found your car but that's so infuriating that you now have all these additional expenses. Life just doesn't seem fair, sometimes. I am sending you a big big hug.

First thing I was told to do when I walked in? Matt told me that his uncle said to do the laundry.

Oh god, you just dragged me around and now you want me to do the laundry when there's no other laundry waiting for the dryer?

Whoa.

Lol it's ok i wont let it bug me ..cuz........

Woot i'm in!

Congratulations! Glad to hear you have a friendly POE. :)

Bleh, is it February 5th yet?

So my husband's aunt and uncle from Taiwan are visiting until the 5th.

We were at my sister in law's house and on the way back they wanted to visit the mall. It was 6:40pm at the time. I told Matt (my hubby lols) that the mall closes at 7pm. It's a 15 minute drive to the mall from there. Nope, they wouldn't listen. Got to the mall and parked, 3 minutes in, all the stores start closing. Gee, I told you so.

On the way back, they visit another store. Okay, that one's open for another 40 minutes. That's fine. They do that until about 7:45pm. NOW they want to go to Home Depot. We get into the parking lot at 7:55pm and they go in. I guess they got in and we waited another 13 or so minutes and they finally came out.

First thing I was told to do when I walked in? Matt told me that his uncle said to do the laundry.

Oh god, you just dragged me around and now you want me to do the laundry when there's no other laundry waiting for the dryer?

End rant.... for now. <_<

:o

What? Let me be sure I understand, whose laundry does the Uncle want done??

Regardless it's way out of line.

It's Monday....& had to be up early to take my car in...

I hate potholes! Let's see how much $$$ in damages this will be... Let's hope maybe warranty might kick in?

Just as I was pulling up to the dealership the courtesy van departed... had to wait ONE hour for it to come back... It only had 2 people in it when it left!!

*sigh*

Ugh, I woke up at 3 a.m. this morning and just couldn't get to sleep. I really hate that when you look at the clock and start saying to yourself : "ok, if I fall asleep RIGHT NOW, i'll get 2 hours sleep making that 5 for the night, and i'll be fine". I think I probably said that to myself 40 or 50 times. Im a zombie atm, and there is no coffee in the building.

Oh, man. That exact same scenario happens to me all the time. Ugh. I found that taking OTC sleep aids or Melatonin helps.

I've always tried to stay away from sleep aids. The ones that i've looked into have a window to take them and you can't really take them to help you sleep a couple of hours. I have seen a doctor about sleep problems years ago, and he suggested prescription sleep pills, but I declined because I have an addictive personality

Yeah. I can't vouch for the ones in the US..... I have no idea what's in them. I can vouch for the Canadian natural remedy ones. Try the melatonin. It doesn't actually screw with your head or require a certain amount of hours. It just makes you feel mellow enough to fall back to sleep on your own. Kind of like how you feel just before you fall asleep.
