Hi again,

We made an Infopass about 6 weeks ago and never received a letter confirming that appointment. When we turned up for the interview, they weren't going to let us in without the confirmation letter. Thankfully, I had cut and paste the page confirming our appointment. I quickly ran over to an internet cafe, logged into my email and printed out the page. It was enough to get us through the door.

Fast forward 6 weeks; we have another Infopass appointment tomorrow. We still don't have a confirmation letter for the appointment and we made it over two weeks ago. I am concerned about this because we missed our AOS interview and had our case closed because we didn't receive our interview letter. We have received mail from them closing our case and then re-opening our case. But we never receive mail from the district office.

For those of you who have had Infpoass appointments, especially if it was in the San Francisco office, did you receive a letter confirming your appointment?

Did you make the appointment online? Just print it then. I wouldn't wait for them to send me one.

They dont sent anything when you make an infopass appointment... if you read the instructions when you make the infopass appointment it tells you to print out the page.... that is what you need to take with you...
