Hiya, i know this probably isnt the best place to post this question, but i find the UK portal really bad to navigate.

Is anyone able to email me a PDF of the police check forms because i goto the acpo website and the documents wont open up for me, think its just a really bad pc, mine was shipped to the states back in may (oh how i miss my stuff) :wacko: :wacko:

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
