So i recieved an e mail on June 30 RFE was mailed out. I have not recieved yet. Recieved an e mail on July17, that it was returned to them. They are going to mail again. My address has not changed. I can thank my good old post office for that. :angry:

June 12 06 Submitted I-129F to Vermont

June 24 06 Recieved NOA1

June 30 06 Touched RFE sent

July 03 06 Touched July 18 06 Touched July 29 06 Touched Aug 14 06 recieved IMBRA

Aug 14 06 mailed IMBRA back Aug 17 06 recieved e mail they recieved IMBRA on the 17th touched on the 24th and 29th Sept 18.06 recieved e mail of NOA 2 Recieved NOA 2 in mail on Sept 22,06 Recieved my case #. Petition is in manilla now

I can personally vouch for the wierdness that is CSC. Those dorks left the IMBRA questionnaire out of the first RFE they sent me. They sent the notice, the explanation of the IMBRA law, but noooooo questionnaire. Trying to get a new one from CSC was like pulling teeth. Thankfully, I was saved by a VJ saint who had a blank copy scanned. And wouldn't ya know it, two days after I mailed the one I got on VJ, I finally get the duplicate RFE from CSC. I feel your pain, man. Here's hoping you dont have to wait long. :)

I notice your signiature says NVC sent (congrats!) how did the NVC inform you it was sent?
