Here is our situation,

-My USC just graduated and started working few months ago. Current annual salary is way above 100% proverty line for 2-person household.

-He only made few thousands as a student last year.

-We have about 15k in our accounts.

-He uses direct deposit. So I guess he doesn't receive paychecks in this case.

I am wondering if the following supporting documents will be sufficient. If not, could anyone please point out what else that we'd better have.

-Offer letter from the employer

-Employment letter

-Bank statements

-Few paycheck stubs, not all.

-tax transcript (requesting, not sure if it will show this year's income)

-What else should we also include?

Thank you!

for the I-134, there should not be anything for 'our' accounts.

It's solely on HIM, for HIS Accounts, not 'ours'.

Although he uses direct deposit, the JOB will issue paystubs (usually ) or payment notice - what does he have?

If he is employed already, the Offer Letter is redundant.

a tax transcript will never show current income.

Even though he has current job now, I suggest that you tell HIM to get a co-sponser. Better safe than sorry.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Thank you, Darnell.

That's very helpful. I am just wondering if there are any other documents that we could possibly get before turning to a co-sponsor.
