hi there.

i just want to make things clarified before we do anything, my hubby paid already the AOS fee on nov. 2, and then after after 2 days we log in and it says its already paid, and we send it through our email the receipt and the coversheet, and my question is are we goin to send now the I-864 form even we havent receive the form of I-864 from nvc or its just ok to downloaded it through the NVC website and then send it to NVC together with the other requirments. or are we goin to wait for further notice from NVC before we goin to send the I-864? and another question is we still dont have an IV bill how many weeks before we goin to receive that IV bill for immigrant visa application? and third question i already send my DS-3032 through email and i receive an auto response through email after i send that form do u think it will be ok now, or am i still goin to send it through mail? maybe because its the reason why we havent receive any notice after we paid the aos fee bill or it just take long to receive it? pls.. anyone help me about this for me to know what to do next. thank you in-advance and i will really appreciate all the answer that u can give to me.

GodBless all to this journey...

to add what sdw said.

IMO, the fastest, most painless way to check for 'status' @NVC is the online payment portal.

Don't rely on postal letters, email, faxes, etc...

Check the online payment portal, daily, to see if/when the IV bill shows up.

When it shows 'available to be paid' - pay it. Wait a few days (keep checking though)

and then when it says 'paid' - print the receipt, coversheet, and send all with the I-864.

Are you driving the documents, or is your USC spouse?

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
