My husband brought several birth certificates with him and he also brought the copy of the vaccinations that the doctor gave him at the medical exam.

I wouldn't expect to get anything from that packet that the embassy gave you. Bring extra!

i can bring extra birth certificate , but the doctor doesn't give me a copy for the vaccination supplement ,

what can i do ?

Salaam,

Yes, bring extra copies of your birth certificate, and photocopies of translations if you have them. They will keep the envelope at the POE. Did you make a photocopy of the vaccination supplement? If not, maybe you still have time to ask the doctor for a copy?

Good luck!
