Hello guys! Good afternoon! Just got my NOA2 last week and i just received a letter from NVC that they received my approved I-129F.. Now, I'm doing the I-134 document and I just need clarification with some parts of it.. Here it is:

1. On question no. 2, I was born here in the USA but at the age of 4 y/o, my parents decided to move to Philippines.. I just came back here last 2007, so my question is what will I put on "have resided in the USA since (date).

2. On question no. 8, I'm living with my 2 sisters and my dad.. We divide all the bills(phone, water, electricity etc) so we pay equal.. Do i need to put their name and put them as partially dependent or do i just put "NONE"?

3. We bought a house recently and me and my 2 sisters are the owners of it.. I am wondering if i can put it as an asset even if I have my 2 sisters as owners also?

4. My other concern is that I just came back here in USA last 2007 and I started working in 2008 as a Registered Nurse.. I don't have any tax return on 2007 but in 2008, I have a annual income of 40-45k which i think I passed the poverty line.. Will I have any problem since I only have one tax return?

Thank you guys and I really will appreciate your help.. Have a nice day to all of you.. Godbless

You've been living in the US since 2007, so tell the truth. Your income is sufficient and one tax return is enough. Just leave all asset related questions blank, since your income alone is enough to qualify. Keep it simple.

None of the people you mention is a dependant.
