I am a us citizen and going to file a i-130 petition for my mother. To bring my mother to live in the United States, i have to give a copy of my birth certificate along with other documents.

Question?

My Pakistani birth certificate dose not have my mother name on it. old Pakistani birth certificates only have father name on it. In this case what to do?

Thanks in advance.

You need affadavit of relationship.two people have to swear and affirm that they know your mother and you are her son. the person have to be same age or older than your mom. if they are your relative, it is better.
