 For some reason I can't help but laugh.

The essence of the fiscal policy of the GOP comes down to this: "Fiscal Responsibility for thee, but not for me".

Exactly!

In RI, the GOP likes to use that in their debate with the Dems. "It's not in my hands anymore, you will be responsible for it now that you have the seat." That statement is quite inflammatory because everyone is at fault. Playing the blame game adds to the problem. The GOP probably needs better leadership. Not saying the Dems are any better. But, the group that sparks the flame always seem to come from the GOP.

Your dumb lib arguments - you and big dog - is that repubs are as bad as dems when it comes to spending, but they say the dems shouldn't spend.. So therefore, because they are hypocrits the Dems are really good people.

Stop acting stupid.

And I would expect nothing more from brainless liberalism. But - i'm not calling you a brainless lib. I'll let someone else handle that.

Here's a thought Joe. Can you articulate an argument without using the word "liberal" or any contraction on variation thereof.

Maybe you could try going a few days without it. Never know, it might be fun!

But if I did, you wouldn't have any responses here! We'd never hear from you!

Oh you can do better than that, Joe.

At some point you have to take off the training wheels. Can't be a child all your life!

I don't need to do better than anything.

I'm going to start calling you Penelope from SNL - she illustrates you very very well. Look it up on Hulu.com if you don't know what it is. If for nothing else, a good laugh.

Well, Joe given that yours is a joke with an audience of 1, it can't be anything but pure comedy gold.

Its sad how the IQ average of a thread goes down double digits whenever the two (or 3) of you post.

What am I saying..? It goes down whenever a lib posts here.

Kaydee puts the opinion of communist China above that of the American government. That's somewhat comic.

The communists in Beijing are bigger capitalists than our current leadership in Washington.

The rise of China is a direct slap in the face (pwnage actually) for every 'no government spend' / 'zero tax' / 'keep the government out of it' repub.

Total garbage, Booyah.

The rise of China is directly attributed to their loosening of government control by the Xiaoping policies of the late '70's onward.

The evidence is irrefutable.

the pot calling the kettle black.

china is just worried about being able to shuffle the bad paper they wrote from 2000-2007 long enuf for the west to begin to buy their products again. i have personally seen expansion on an un-amortible scale during that period. state owned banks were ordered to write capital to state owned enterprises without expectation of repayment. best estimate is that the bad paper is 5-8X the cash reserves of the country.

the "expansion of china" seen in recent years is just a large scale scam, not supported by real numbers and real cash. it is the biggest leveraging the world has not seen. some bankers are aware of the reality behind the facade, but are unwilling to admit it due to potential loss if the numbers are ever realised.

I think that would be more convincing if you didn't rely so heavily on cookie-cutter arguments.

I know it gets under you libbies' skin when you are called for what you are (Moreso to Pike and Nowhereman - they cry foul whenever its mentioned). I'm not sure why its so offensive to you. It used to be honorable to be called that.

I think its cute in a way to see some mis-spell it "librul" in a mocking sort of way to get under the skin right back at us, but unfortunately for you, it doesn't work. I'll be using the correct terminology for you guys until the day I die.

Anyway the posts about China relaxing control are true. Its not so much the Coms giving up power, but loosening the chains ever so slightly to allow the economic drive to soar. Doesn't mean children and elderly aren't still being sentenced to hard labor for disobedience.
