G325A address outside usa

Hello,

I have 3 uestions about the G325A form. First, does my fiancee fill out the same G325A form as I or is there another version of the G325A for the non-US citizen? Also, I see on the form it asks the address where I lived outside of the US for more than one year. I have never lived outside of the US for more than a year. The max time I lived outside of the US was 10 months, and at various addresses abroad. What answer would I supply in that case? Also, what should the non-US citizen write, as my fiancee has never visited the US so therefore every job and address has always been outside of the US.

same g-325a form for both

if never outside for more than one year then N/A

I assume your fiancee puts her current address as it is outside the USA
