My husband's greencard appointment is tomorrow. On the list of stuff that we have to bring, it says that we have to bring the medical I-693, unless already submitted, which it was, it also says the I-864, unless already submitted, which it was, but below that it says federal income tax returns and W'2s or certified IRS printouts for the most recent tax year, Letters from each current emplyer verifying current rate of pay ad average weeky hours and pay stubs for the past 2 months, and evidence of alfredo's sponsor, and co sponser (me and my dad)'s unite states citizenship or lawful permanent resident status. ALL of the above was already sent in with all of the paperwork. Does anybody know if i have to take all of the above even though they already have it?????

It also says all documentation establihing your eligibility for lawful permanent resident status.... what is this???

Advice anybody?

If submitted, you really don't need to bring it again. You may want to bring an updated letter from employer (written recently) and more recent pay stubs than were submitted. You may be asked for originals of what you sent to show them.

It also says all documentation establihing your eligibility for lawful permanent resident status.... what is this???

Proof that you are eligible for residency. Typical proofs are bills in joint name, bank accounts, mortgage/lease in both names, medical insurance cards with both names, utility bills, family pictures, etc.

This is any documentation showing that he is eligible to apply for adjustment of status. You need to show that he entered the country legally (I-94, visa, etc.) and that he has a basis to adjust-in your case he has married you which makes him eligible. For this you need your marriage certificate, and your birth certificate or passport showing that you are a USC.

Eric-Pris already mentioned the kinds of things you would need to show a bona fide marriage relationship. I hope you have a lot of this prepared already since your interview is tomorrow. Good luck!

SURPRISE - SURPRISE - NCIS called me  , the original co-sponcor, not your father! They state the information you have given them is not enough to show you have a valid relationship & want ME to confirm that you do. They said had yo shown a rent receipt from ME that would have helped your case more. Considering you stated to them I was not trustowrthy, not sure what you are going to do now. Good Luck, I am sure you & Alfredo will be fine & his AOS status will be granted, based on what you both have testified to. P.S.yourbaby brother is to b born any day..we hope you will come meet him.
