09-16-2014---Interview (221(g) for NBI a.k.a. name, I864 Orig. Signature & NSO verification)

09-25-2014---Documents sent via 2go

09-29-2014---221g documents delivered. & signed by L. Bernardino

09-30-2014---and 10-01-2014,Touched but still on AP

10-07-2014---Email sent to USEM

10-15-2014---Called USEM

10-16-2014---Sent Fax to USEM of approved expedited letter from U.S. Embassy General

10-22-2014---Visa Issued :joy:

July 27th in Boston here. I'm nervous but this weekend I will be getting all the documents together so I should be a little better come Monday.

I am joining all of you - my interview is July 25th in Portland, OR.

I will be back in Oregon tomorrow and then I will start to assemble and order all documents. I am nervous and want to have it behind.

Regarding sponsor and poverty line, I don't know about that, but we sent one year tax return - in two previous years my husband didn't meet poverty line.

Good luck to everyone and keep your fingers crossed.

08 February 2006 - got married

06 March 2006 - 15 March 2006 - medical exam done

15 March 2006 - I-485 package sent to Chicago Lockbox

21 March 2006 - USCIS received papers

24 March 2006 - notice date for I-130,I-485,I-765 (28 March 2006 - received NOA for I-130,I-485,I-765)

01 April 2006 - I-130, I-485, I-765 touched

06 April 2006 - Notice date for biometrics appointment (received on 13 April 2006)

29 April 2006 - Biometrics done
