hello Guys,

I need you help. My name in my NOA1 is wrong instead of RIZalina , it was IRzalina. I tried to call Vermont but the receipt number is not int their system according to the recording. I need to talk to a real customer service . Please help. What should I do? Should I just wait for my ASC letter?

The receipt number on your NOA1 (for lifting conditions) is not the 'correct' receipt number (not for tracking in the automated or online system) - the one you will use will be on your Biometric Appointment notice (this will have a different receipt number and is the 'correct' one to use).

My advice would be to wait until you get this notice - and when you go to the biometrics appointment, ask them to see about changing it then (or call when you get the the Bio notice).

i called and got info corrected before i recieved bio letter so its possible if you want. also they will give you a confirmation number and then send one in the mail too........so try again...and if that does not work then i agree with Otto und Karin to wait till bio and correct it there!

I am getting worried waiting for my BIometric letter here until now nada.

Thank you Dimp_123 for your reply.. I was able to call USCIS and talked to a representative. They really made a mistake in my name in their file and she told me to wait for another NOA. I should have checked on this post earlier but anyway thank you so much.
