Hello everyone,

I have the following questions for the I-864:

I am submitting AOS for my wife, who came here as my fiancé on a K-1, and her 9-year old daughter, who came at the same time on a K-2.

1) Do I need to submit two I-864 forms, one for my wife and one for her daughter who came her at the same time as her?

On Part 3, regarding the immigrant I am sponsoring, question 9 says:

I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principalimmigrant named in Part 2 above. Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition.

2) Is my wife's daughter considered as a separate visa petition or part of the same petition?

Thanks!

Thanks, Okay, so if I am filing one for each of them, for my wife's form I write her name in as the principle immigrant and then on Part 3 question 9 write her daughter's name as a family member immigrating at the same time; and on my wife's daughter's form I write her name as the principle immigrant and my wife for question 9, family member immigrating at the same time - Is this correct?

Also, is the A number the same for both of them?

Thanks!
