AOS + EAD + I-130 QUESTIONS

Hi! I am new to this forum, Trying to file my paperwork. Do you know if K1 visa needs to file I-130 and what is the full price we need to pay for AOS + EAD and I-130 if need to include it....

I am the husband of U.S. Citizen who came on K1 Fiance visa. Any help would be great as we are trying to finish today.

Have a look at the Guides for your adjustment of status.

You don't file an I-130 for work authorization. You file an I-131. The cost of adjustment of status includes filing the I131 and I765 interim benefit forms.

If you came on a K1 and married within 90 days, you do not need to file an I-130 (petition for alien relative). You do want to file an I-131 (advanced parole) and an I-765 (employment), plus a number of other forms (Read the guides). The total cost is $1010.

Neither the I131 or I765 are required for AOS, but if your wife wants to be able to work or to leave the country while waiting she will need them.
