Decent or Indecent?

  1. 1. Is breastfeeding in public indecent?

    • Yes, it should be illegal. I don't want to think about Mom when I'm going to Hooters or a Strip club.

    • No, it is perfectly natural and anyone that has a problem with it should mind their own business.

Hey there's nothing wrong with breast feeding in public as long as you're not waving your tetas around in burger king or something real classy like that. The king would like it but I don't know about the rest.

You just cover the kid up with a blanket no big deal. Geez.

Sorry some of us can't afford to spend a gazillion dollars on formula and would rather give our kids the best and cheapest milk you can get LOL People who look at me wrong can kiss my a$s I betcha they sucked on their mom's #######.

It's natural, but so is taking a #######. I'm not equating the two, just making the point that not every natural act should be a public one.

I've breastfed in public many, many times, but there is nothing wrong with being discrete about it. And I don't mean throwing a blanket over you and the suckling. I never got the hang of that, especially in the beginning when I had to use a shield. But you can usually find a quiet corner, or position the baby so that not much is showing, etc. There are lots of ways to not draw too much attention to what you are doing.

I believe that breastfeeding in public is acceptable as long as the mother is discreet. I believe that if there is a comfortable place to sit in a public restroom (which I know is uncommon), that would be the best place.

I don't have children (yet) but I plan on BFing when I do. Since it's for the baby, I don't imagine that women have much of a chance as to when and where they do it.
