11/20/09 - Mailed I-129F packet

11/23/09 - Check cashed! Date of NOA1

11/27/09 - Received hard copy of NOA1

12/01/09 - Touch!

02/19/10 - Touch!!!!

02/19/10 - NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

02/24/10 - NVC Received

02/25/10 - Hard Copy NOA2!!! :D

02/25/10 - NVC mailed packet to Zagreb!!!

03/03/10 - Consulate in Zagreb received packet!!!

03/05/10 - Packet 3 received

03/08/10 - Ivan's Med Exam in Zagreb

03/24/10 - Mailed Packet 3

04/08/10 - INTERVIEW IN ZAGREB - APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!

04/09/10 - Received police certificate from Ireland; mailed to Zagreb

04/XX/10 - Visa Issued

05/03/10 - Welcome home, Ivan!!! POE (Houston)

06/26/10 - Wedding!!!!!

4/05/09 - The first time Mario saw me.

4/06/09 - The day we were introduced to each other.

6/23/09 - We were officially a couple.

10/06/09 - He visited me in Manila.

10/12/09 - His birthday! He proposed to me at Italliannis Gateway Mall

10/18/09 - He went back to Hawaii : (

11/02/09 - We filed I-129F

11/03/09 - NOA1 touched

11/07/09 - Hardcopy of NOA1

02/04/10 - Touch!

02/04/10 - NOA2 via email (happiest day!)

02/11/10 - Honey visited me again : )

02/24/10 - Honey needs to go back to HI yagain : (

03/02/10 - USEM Appointmient Letter receive

03/08-09/10 - Medical Exam (PASSED!) Thank you Lord!

04/05/10 - Interview date... PASSED! Thank you again Lord!

04/08/10 - Visa Received! Thank you, thank you, thanytpk you Lord!

AOS/EAD

05/16/10 - Wedding day!

06/08/10 - AOS sent

06/11/10 - receipt date

06/17/10 - touch

06/18/10 - NOA hard copy received

06/21/10 - touch!

06/24/10 - Biometrics letter received, will be on July 13

06/25/10 - Did walk-in bio at Ala Moana ASC

Just thinking out loud : The november couple that got approved with a NOA 1 11 / 2 yesterday had a RFE I 797 ? What this means ?

I just googled I-797; it's the notice of approval (NOA2). I assume they just put that in the box...for some reason that I don't quite understand. I'd reckon they didn't actually get an RFE at all.

I-129F

6 Nov 2009: NOA1

2 March 2010: NOA2 (116 days)

14 April 2010: Interview (159 days) Approved!!

30 April 2010: Married!

AoS

18 May 2010: NOA1 for AoS, EAD and AP

8 June 2010: Case transferred to CSC

10 June 2010: Biometrics completed

31 July 2010: EAD and AP received!

9 Sept. 2010: RFE email for AoS

(RFE for medical. We replied with letter stating that it's not required since done overseas within one year)

18 January 2010: Interview - passed! Card production ordered!

Maybe they were too excited and happy and wrote it down in a RFE box ! Anyway, is such a good news for us CSC November filers to know it' s almost our turn ! I hope VSC starts to take care of you all too sometime soon again ! This wait is ridiculous ! :)

Are you sure the couple got their NOA2 and it wasn't a mistype?

I must confess : For a second I thought of it ! Nobody else can type into our timelines informations / dates. Why would they wrote down they got approved if they didn' t ? I wish they were around so we could ask ! :unsure:

06-15-2008 : my fiancee first visit to me ( stayed 3 weeks ) .

06-23-2009 : my fiancee secound visit me in Egypt ( stayed 6 weeks ).

06-28-2009 : ENGAGED

10-29-2009 : I-129F Sent

01-27-2010 : my fiancee 3rd visit to Egypt ( stayed 6 weeks ) .

02-09-2010 : travel with my fiancee to turkey in a vacation (5 days)

05-25-2010 : my fiancee 4th visit to ( stayed 2 months ) .

06-03-2010 :Interview Date .

Interview Result : approved ( ya right ! )

07-01-2010 : we got a letter had my passport and over the visa stamp says ( canceled without prejudice )!!

06-29-2010 : case sent back to usa !!!

07-07-2010 : MARRIED

01-12-2011 : the letter state the k1 case is expired , and ther was no prob to file back for any kind of visa

04-25-2011 : my wife here now visiting me in egypt for 2 and half mounth yayyyyyyyyyyyy

05-18-2011 : travel with my wife to malaysia in a 1 week vaction

06-14-2011 : register our marraige papers in cairo

I' m positive theirs wasn' t a mistake or a mistype. They sent in their application on 10 / 26 anyway, so around the same time as many other Octoberians did. :)
