Nope. Hoping soon though. It looks like people toward the end of October are getting theirs, so we shouldn't be too far behind...

Anyone else out there a November 2009 California K1 filer?

We just sent our K1 on Friday (11/6) via USPS priority. Looks like the processing times for both Vermont and California are trending downward... VJ's best guess right now is USCIS adjudication sometime around the end of January.

I'm hoping to have visa in hand sometime around the middle/end of March. It's probably a terrible idea to try to plan a wedding/honeymoon when the dates are still up in the air, but it's really tempting, especially since prices are likely to climb as the time gets closer and places fill up...

Things are starting to look better this week! More Oct 09 NOA2s means Nov 09 is coming soon!! YAYYYYY!!! I'm kinda bummed my expected NOA2 delivery is still late Feb-mid March, but it seems like things at the CSC are getting back on track.

Thinking I'm going to end up hanging out over here with you guys! :) My NOA2 date is 10/29, but who knows which "box" it actually made it into ... the October(s) or the November(s). :unsure:

Yep, tons of approvals over in the October CSC section, still a good handful or more September CSC ppl waiting on theirs, and tomorrow it will be 3 months for my fiance and I. ::sigh::

It sure is hard being patient isn't it :blush:
