November 2009 K1 CSC Filers

So, I came back yesterday from spending Valentine's with my honey. Having to deal with snow and long flights doesnt make me a happy camper but it was all worth it. I got to Sac lat night at 10, I was really tired just took a shower and went straight to bed. Today while I was waiting at the Carls Jr's drive thru I remembered "oh I havent checked my phone today!" and then it happened... between ordering my Grilled Cheese Bacon Cheeseburger, feeling guilty because I ordered it and actually paying for it I got the message I was waiting for...

"Current Status: Approval notice sent. On February 17, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice."

I had to read it twice before it actually hit me. WE GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am soooo happy. I havent told him yet, for dramatic purposes only. I want to see his face on the webcam, maybe play a practical joke or something, havent decided yet.

LOL!! Of course I ate the burger but I didnt feel guilty about it in celebration of the news. The happiest 1,500 calories of my life.

My day one on this page. I was searching quite a bit for the past few days to find a blog that has good folks like you all sharing some meaningful information.

Here is my timeline:

I129F Received at CSC on Nov 23rd 2009.

I797C NOA on the Same Day.

Touch 1 on Dec 1st 2009 - Initial Review.

Since then i am checking the USCIS page quite a few times in a day. Any one with similar dates have received any updates from CSC?

I can only hope that's what's going on! It's killing me to see December people get approved.

It has happened my fiancee had her interview at the embassy today and they handed her an american flag and said welcome to america. Proccess complete now time to prepare for a march 25th wedding. Just a note from my experiance we did not do a packet 3 they called her cell phone and had her come to the embassy a turn it in and scheduled the interview for 2 days later. Digital signatures thru adobe work i digitaly signed my I-134 and sent 2 years of tax returns and it was accepted. It also helped to provide 6 months worth of chat transcripts. Anyone have any questions feel free to ask.

we got our approval feb 17 and it was approveled in 86 days

Hmm !!! Today it' s the 20 th and we still didn' t get a hardcopy of a RFE ( issued and mailed on February 11 th ) It' s been 9 days already. Gosh, I just wanna find out what it is and send it back the same exact second !

Maybe, the pigeons are carrying our RFE letter !

are you sure you deal with american embassy , cuse in my country they dont give you a flag or nothing , even they dont say congratlions

also it takes ike 9 mounthes to get your visa , u so luckey man you have to pray to god alot

I have a question over the RFE. How long does it usually take to get a hardcopy in the mailbox ? I' m starting to worry because it' s been 10 days already. In 10 days my post from Europe reaches USA. Gosh, we are loosing so much time over it now !

I am a fellow Nov filer with VSC,sorry to butt in.But was curios,I know how to check for touches,the last updated date changes and all,but do you get email and text notifications for touches too?
