November 2009 K1 CSC Filers

Anyone else out there a November 2009 California K1 filer?

We just sent our K1 on Friday (11/6) via USPS priority. Looks like the processing times for both Vermont and California are trending downward... VJ's best guess right now is USCIS adjudication sometime around the end of January.

I'm hoping to have visa in hand sometime around the middle/end of March. It's probably a terrible idea to try to plan a wedding/honeymoon when the dates are still up in the air, but it's really tempting, especially since prices are likely to climb as the time gets closer and places fill up...

I sent my K-1 (I-129F) in June and still have not received anything besides the receipt number/ Good Luck to You I don't know what is happening...

Sad to know that cali_derry09, have you asked your USC fiance/e if he/she can track where your application has reached? Or did you try to check your case status on USCIS site? What does it says?

Try to call your congressman for help if you can, he might help you. Your application is way beyond the 5 months processing time. Hope that will help. : )

Hi Everyone! I also filed my K-1 packet in Nov 09! So far, so good. We even had a "touch" on 12/1. We're just hoping the process goes quick!!!

Hi Lindsey8181,

Welcome to the thread!

For you to attach your timeline, go to "My Control" then "Edit Signature" and type your timeline. Lastly, click on "Update Signature". You will be able to see your timeline everytime you make a post or reply but make you that you enable your signature whenever you write something.

It would be fantastic to receive the NOA2 at the end of Dec 09. I'd even be happy to receive it January! I also saw that the timelines said they were working on September files. Ouch! I just want to be with my man asap!

Checking the Immigration Timelines yesterday I saw that CSC is " working and checking out " some of october and november files too while VSC isn' t. Can that be ? Someone else understands it the same way too ?

We filed out 129f on Nov 9th and recieved NOA1 the same week on Nov 13th.

Hopefully it will be a quick journey for all of us.

Also a Nov filer! except I think I might have posted in the wrong thread. I only got the receipt # ... I'm hoping for the best since I didn't front load like lots of people told me I should,but I couldn't get away from work to take the pictures and file. I was hoping that GUZ would take the pictures later... but it has been really the worse year ever and I'm thinking I'm probably should have quit my job to fly back to China to take those pictures..
