85 days since my NOA1 still no sign of progress... :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

I think this is a week of no movement. :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

Nonet and Mario's Timeline

4/05/09 - The first time Mario saw me.

4/06/09 - The day we were introduced to each other.

6/23/09 - We were officially a couple.

10/06/09 - He visited me in Manila.

10/12/09 - His birthday! He proposed to me at Italliannis Gateway Mall

10/18/09 - He went back to Hawaii : (

11/02/09 - We filed I-129F

11/03/09 - NOA1 touched

11/07/09 - Hardcopy of NOA1

02/04/10 - Touch!

02/04/10 - NOA2 via email (happiest day!)

02/11/10 - Honey visited me again : )

02/24/10 - Honey needs to go back to HI yagain : (

03/02/10 - USEM Appointmient Letter receive

03/08-09/10 - Medical Exam (PASSED!) Thank you Lord!

04/05/10 - Interview date... PASSED! Thank you again Lord!

04/08/10 - Visa Received! Thank you, thank you, thanytpk you Lord!

05/16/10 - Wedding day!

06/08/10 - AOS sent

06/11/10 - receipt date

06/17/10 - touch

06/18/10 - NOA hard copy received

06/21/10 - touch!

06/24/10 - Biometrics letter received, will be on July 13

06/25/10 - Did walk-in bio at Ala Moana ASC

06/28/10 - touch

08/13/10 - EAD ordered

08/16/10 - touch on EAD

08/18/10 - 2nd EAD production ordered

Good thing my honey will visit me on Valentines but he will go home again after that. I hope we could get the good news by the time he is here already. I love him so much (L)(F)

just like you say my fiancee also will be wih me after 5 hours im fixing to leave now and drive to the air port to get her , and i begain to think the same way u think also , hope we will get a good news while she is here with me in egypt but scared to death if we get any kind of rfe cuse we will cant respond before she again in usa , and she will stay with me here in egypt 1 mounth , i cant describe my feelings and her also , we happy but worried , but after a while i belife in god he will do the best for us

06-15-2008 : my fiancee first visit to me ( stayed 3 weeks ) .

06-23-2009 : my fiancee secound visit me in Egypt ( stayed 6 weeks ).

06-28-2009 : ENGAGED

10-29-2009 : I-129F Sent

01-27-2010 : my fiancee 3rd visit to Egypt ( stayed 6 weeks ) .

02-09-2010 : travel with my fiancee to turkey in a vacation (5 days)

05-25-2010 : my fiancee 4th visit to ( stayed 2 months ) .

06-03-2010 :Interview Date .

Interview Result : approved ( ya right ! )

07-01-2010 : we got a letter had my passport and over the visa stamp says ( canceled without prejudice )!!

06-29-2010 : case sent back to usa !!!

07-07-2010 : MARRIED

01-12-2011 : the letter state the k1 case is expired , and ther was no prob to file back for any kind of visa

04-25-2011 : my wife here now visiting me in egypt for 2 and half mounth yayyyyyyyyyyyy

05-18-2011 : travel with my wife to malaysia in a 1 week vaction

06-14-2011 : register our marraige papers in cairo

03/04/2010 - K1 Visa Packet 3 Arrived

05/04/2010 - Interview - APPROVED !!!

05/19/2010 - My Shah comes to the USA via CHICAGO :)

06/02/2010 - Apply for SSN

06/25/2010 - WE GOT MARRIED!!!!! :)

07/07/2010 - Start AOS process - Another 2 years, but my Shah is with me :)

07/08/2010 - AOS & EAD Sent to Chicago Lockbox

07/12/2010 - AOS & EAD NOA1 Received

07/26/2010 - AOS & EAD Appointment Letter Received

08/19/2010 - AOS & EAD Biometrics Taken

08/21/2010 - AOS Transfer to California Service Center

09/04/2010 - Received EAD Card :). It is A Very Happy Day :(

10/12/2010 - Received REF Missing Page on I-485 :(

11/08/2010 - Received Green Card for 2 Years :)

So 3 days after NOA2 i get another touch does that maen it arrived ar the NVC

It probably means they mailed it to NVC. The petitions don't get entered into the system at NVC, so they don't have "touches"

02/23/08 - Met in Turkey
07/09/08 - Denial of Visitor Visa to U.S.A.
06/04/09 - 2nd Denial of Visitor Visa to U.S.A.

09/22/09 - I-129F Sent
09/24/2009 - NOA1
10/19/2009 - NOA2

Until last week I was doing pretty well. :whistle: Once the November approvals started to show up I got nervous, excited, worried . . . all possible feelings mixed together. :wacko:

It' s been 85 days for us too ( today ) and no touches, no NOA' s yet. I had high hopes for this week ( still 3 days to go and I even saw an October filer getting his NOA during the past weekend. So, the adjudicators work on weekends too ? :unsure: )

Until monday comes I don' t wanna give up on January. I miss my fiance ! :luv:

I' m glad some of you people have a chance to get together with your loved ones ! I believe such reunion can be a very lovely and beautiful " help " during this torturous wait. This is the reason why I want everything to be done as soon as possible so I can finally start a normal and a married life with my man ! :luv:

I truly truly hope our NOA 2 is gonna come sometime soon so we can get ready for the next stage of this process. Today . . . 86 days for us . . . California dreamin . . . :wub:

haha, i have worked in the federal government for almost 4 years, and it is surprising to see that work actually got done on a friday. hopefully, today won't be the typical federal friday.

anyways my NOA1 date is 11-2, so i should be among the first of us November filers to recieve action. i'll keep everyone updated. good luck to all!
