It's been a month now since I sent the application.. and yet I haven't received yet my biometrics appointment! Anyone who experienced this before?! Help.. I'm soooooooo worried!

The processing times for EAD is 3 months.

06-06-2017 - Credit card charged; received text and email confirming that application was received and NOA is on its way

06-10-2017 - Received NOA letter from NBC dated 06-05-2017

Hi KM 24, we have the same timeline. I am like you... I am so worry for my husband. Its going to be a month this Friday, i read about calling? can you please let me know or update me if you hear anything? is there different bio appt for I485 or I765

Yes, I will be updating you.. I'm not really sure if it's just the same.. But what I observed some Oct filers did their biometrics once.. So I guess it will be for the both I-485 and I-765

Actually, the USCIS website says that biometrics appointment should come within 30 days after they receive package, often within 14 days. EAD is completely different, and can take as long as 3 months.

March 2008: Traveled to Russia to see her

May 2008: Traveled to Russia to see her

June 2008: Joint vacation to Italy

July 2008: Applied for and received B-2 tourist visa

August 2008: She comes to U.S. on B-2/ I proposed

October 2008: Traveled to Russia to see her and meet family

November 11, 2008: Filed for K-1, California Service Center

November 19, 2008: I-797 NOA1 received

December 2008: Went back to see her again

January 21, 2009: NOA2 received

January 29, 2009: Notice file sent to Embassy received

February 4, 2009: She comes to U.S. on B-2 for vacation in Hawaii

March 2, 2009: She receives notice of interview date and time

April 2, 2012: Removal of conditions approved w/o interview, 10 year GC in the mail!

Hi guys... anyway... no bio appt yet still in the mail today, so I tried to call the INS and press 3 for change of address. I was able to talk to a live person, he was nice but not helpful at all. He told me that its not a month yet and yes it is usually takes about 30 days but sometimes it will take more than 30 days due to there are many people ahead of us (what the heck) I was going to tell him that I know people that applied later than us already received bio letter :( anyway he told us that if we dont get it by 2 wks, we can call back. I read in this forum asking to fax the appt, he said he couldnt do that :( so confused... perhaps i didnt ask the right question....

any suggestion? KM 24 have u called or any luck?

Still no bio letter. I also called the INS but told me to call back next week since my Notice Date on my NOA's is October 14. So I really have to call them next week since we'll be moving to our new place soon.Argh!This is a huge mess.
