EI while waitng for AOS on k1 visa

Hey guys and girls...

You find out some great info on this site as we move though this process.....Just found out that i can get Can EI benefits while in the USA loking for work ...even sooner if i ger a temp EAD at POE!!! and they back date it!

That does take a bit of pressure off you when your starting your new life in the US...LOL just have to get pass the interview in Vancouver first!!

Chances are you won't get a stamp at the POE. I don't think any place is giving them now, and if they did, it will be the date you crossed. Just don't leave you job too early. Who knows how long AOS will take after your married. Good luck with the rest of your journey.
