Hi all,

I send my Choice of Agent (the paper one) on 30-Sep-2009 to NVC. I also send one by e-mail on 17-Oct-2009 (just to be sure).

After 5 weeks NVC still claims that it is not entered in the system yet.

They can not tell us that they recieved my paper mail or not.

1- How can I retract that they recieved my letter (or not) but due to load of paperworks, it is not in the system?

2- Why the e-mail one is not entered in the system yet?( I got an automatic response, saying that my e-mail is recieved by NVC)

3- Should I send the paper one again? what about the e-mail?

I appreiate any answer and suggestion.

If you got an AVR saying that the email was recieved by NVC, it means that they have entered it in the system, right?

No, The e-mail from NVC means that they recieved my e-mail. It does not mean that they have already processed it.

But good news is that today they have processed my e-mail. Thanks for reply anyway.
