Good Day VJ family! My Question is I have filed for my SO under the I 130 application, I have listed my SO's sons and currently we are going thru the NVC stage at this time what steps and papers do I need to ensure that they can be apart of the journey as well within the 1 year time frame to travel? currently it is just the oldest who is 9yrs of age, and I do know that he will need his passport but what additional USCIS papers do I need to file for him? Remember he was already included on the application. Thanks for any input..Oh the consulate is with Jamaica

You have to file separate I-130s for each.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
