My employer has a standard letter they give for things like this. It says:

<date>

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to verify that <name of employee> is currently employed with <name of company> as a <title of position>. He/she began employment with <name of company> on <date employment began>, and his/her current annual salary is <dollar amount>.

If you need any additional information, please feel free to call <company phone number>.

Sincerely,

<signature>

<printed name>

It's printed on company letterhead paper.

You usually submit an I-134 for a K1, rather than an I-864. The financial evidence is basically the same; tax returns or transcripts, etc.

thanks. but when it comes to current annual salary.? now i'm making $600 o week. do i need to make 31200 a year. i just start getting this, a month ago? thanks

$600/week is $31k/year - that is what the employment letter should state - if it doesn't (for example it states your starting salary) then the Embassy/Consulate will calculate your current salary based on your pay-stubs (which they will do any way).
