Yes, replying in posts from 2006 is not helping anyone. They are done with their visa journey after 6 years now. If you have a rant about a visa service and want to warn others, then make a new post to do that.

hah sorry i just did a search to see if anyone else had such an awful time with them. I also wanted to post so that if others did a search and saw these threads they'd get the info. I'm just so amazed with how bad the service is and I don't want others to get suckered into hiring them. Sorry for the old thread bumps guys! I made a new thread in another section reviewing their service.
