On the G-325A Where it says Husband or Wife. When this form is used with the I-129F you enter None as it states Correct ?

If either of you have a husband or wife, you are ineligible for a K1 visa. So hopefully the answer is in fact "None" for both of you. A fiance(e) is not a spouse.

What about the boxes that are to the right of it? do you leave them blank or write in N/A

No need—once you've answered "None," it's clear that none of the additional information applies.

Also can there be different dates next to the signature of Applicant or do both have to be dated the same day, as if you did them while you were together.

No reason whatsoever why they'd need to have the same date.

I am under the impression that the Original signature on all 4 copies was most important. If I am wrong someone who knows for sure please correct me.. Thanks

USCIS no longer requires four copies. But yes, original signatures are important.

Thank you for your reply ........

FinnLove,

Your another example.. you go from newbie to platinum member in 90 days. You talk way too much about things that have nothing to do with the post. Join the talk too much about nothing important club...What was your contribution to my post ? nothing but a smart ####### reply. #%$^@**&&^

To all the others Thank You for the Information it was exactly what I needed.......

I debated whether to answer this thread, as you've already received the answers that you were seeking.

I would like to comment that people on this board are from all over the world, from different walks of life and bringing different levels of life experience. The amount of time that they have been here isn't always indicative of their experience. It's possible they have already completed parts of the process or indeed the entire thing, but 'found' VJ when searching for related information. Just because someone hasn't got 'provable' experience, doesn't mean that they don't have something to offer.

VJ thrives on being an informative, experienced board but also supportive and empathetic. PPs had no way of knowing that you are not interested in anything other than concrete input. Not everyone IS capable of thinking as completely for themselves and many find paperwork very overwhelming. I just read a post by a very articulate long-standing member who's fiancee had been unreachable for several weeks and someone asked if he could contact the local police station and express his concern. He replied he hadn't thought of that and made arrangements. Seems logical to me, though.

If all you want from VJ is definitive advice on how to proceed, then maybe put something in your signature that indicates you are not interested in guessing or chitchat. It will help you get only the answers you need and help others from wasting their thoughts on your posts.

Wishing you the best of luck and speed with your application.

I think that this is a very good suggestion. I have seen other posters say that only serious answeres are needed and please don't reply without one.

In the future I will be doing this as I have no time for playing and chit chat with posters that just like to be heard.

Thanks

Oh never mind. This isn't deserving of a response.

Our timeline:

2/88: We met in Sydney, Australia at a youth hostel! He's Finnish, I'm American-both were in our early 20s at the time and fresh out of college (so couldn't afford to visit each other's countries after that!). We had a three-day romance, then went our separate ways. He actually was going to Sydney a week later, but decided at the last minute to cut his trip short in another country and go early. Wow.

1988-1998: Wrote "snail mail" letters/sent Xmas cards, but lived our separate lives. I married someone else, divorced in 2006...he lived with someone for years and then that ended.

10/08: Because of a series of random life events, I Googled my Finn Man and found him (but no link to his email, and the website his name was on was in Estonian so I couldn't even read it!). It took me two weeks to find a link to someone else, who forwarded my email to him (we were both single at the time thankfully!!!!). The email went to his spam folder but he happened to check it that day and responded back to me immediately! This was after 10 years of no contact and almost 21 years of not seeing each other after we first met.

11/08-5/09: We traveled back and forth to visit each other. Love at first (second?) sight!

7/09: Married in Helsinki, Finland...after meeting randomly 21 1/2 years ago and finding each other again!!!!!

8/13/09: I-130 sent!!!!!!!!!

Rest is on my timeline!
