Hi I have a question about filling out part 1,

question 21a

Persons named in 14 and 19 who will accompany you to the U.S. now ?

Do I put the name of our 2 children there even though they have the double nationality franco-american, they're not immigrating they're already american they have both french and american passports and social security numbers.

Question 23:

educational institutions

Is this only University or lycée and collège and école primaire too ?

Thanks for any and all help.

Sheigh,

The question is asking about immigrants. It could be clearer, probably wasn't made more explicit because in most cases the immediate relatives of an immigrant will not be USCs.

I put my senior school (college equivalent,) college (lycee equivalent,) and University, did not bother with Primary school (ecole primaire) as there were no qualifications obtained from it. I sought advice from someone who had already gone through the process and had done the same thing, so assume it's right!

Good luck.

Permanent Resident Since 01/03/2007

N-400 application mailed 3/20/17

Credit card charged 3/25/17

NOA 3/31/17

Thanks for your responses.

I am going to Paris friday to turn in my I-130 plus the DS-230 part 1 and the G-325a with my husband.

Wish me luck, I hope to not spend too much time waiting to get inside and start this whole process.
