G-325a question. How long is it vaild after Date/sign?

I will send off docs to my wife tomorrow for our petition, thing is my wife prob wont send the petition for another month or so? will my G-325a still be valid say in Jan 10 if I sign/date now?

I do not know the answer to your question, but My husband filled and signed his G-325A but did not put a date on them. WHen I receive them here I will put the date on them myself before sending the package. Perhaps you may do that too if no one is able to answer your question.

There is no specific validity period. Any date AFTER the marriage took place is ok. The key is for the information to be correct as of the date the petition is filed.

Good to know! that way he can sign and date himself, sometimes in the rush of things one can oversee something like putting the date.
