That's an error they are likely to recognize right away (doubtful it would get past any pre-screening they do) - shouldn't take long.

The whole package will be sent back. Eventually, if she's just your "girlfriend" this will be a waste of time since the I-129F can only be approved for a fiance(e).

As soon as they open it, and see it's not signed I am positive they will return it. They won't even cash the check, from what I understand.

The best way to keep your fiancee from finding out about the girlfriend is to dump the girlfriend. First step is to realize you don't have a girlfriend anymore. NEVER refer to your fiancee as your girlfriend in any kind of immigration related communication.

yes it is a problem. They will return the whole package to her and she will sign it and send it again. My guess is that is not the only thing she forgot. Check it over again carefully.

It will take about 10 days to 2 weeks to come back. they will not cash the check. From here on, ANY mistake adds MUCH more delay. She will get a scarey looking REJECTION!!!!!! notice. It means "sign the thing and send it back with the same check"

MAKE SURE there are no more mistakes. After an inital acceptance any mistakes cause an RFE and those take longer to sort out.

And as noted above, she is NOT your girlfriend.

Yes they will send it back and she will have to sign it and re-send it Inshallah. She has to be very careful and shoooof dakshi mzien before she sends it!!!! So, let it be a lesson for her to be very careful in the next steps. You are just in the beginning so you have to be patient and just do the best you can.
