JUST CALL 1-888-877-9888 from the US. follow the computer prompts... thats it... have your case number, your SO's name address in the phils, email address, and a credit card. oh and a pen to write down the pin number.

Thanks! I've gotten so used to doing things online that I sometimes forget that some people still do business by phone.
