Hmm So the CENOMAR shows that you are married now right? It's not the certificate of marriage? Just wondering so i can get my wife to start gathering documents and there isnt any hold up later. thanks.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

By the way.. TO ALL My FILIPINA friends here.. for up coming interview

Before u get ur priority # prepare ur DS230 the one u submit @ NVC

Give the original, they will let u sign the 2nd PAGE.

And please DON'T 4get the CENOMAR

why do they need CENOMAR?

Hello

They need a CENMAR or CENOMAR whatever - its because the CO they want to make it sure that u married once, or u never been married before. U can request that at NSO. even u will request a CENMAR or CENOMAR they will give u - that states there

U are single in the YR of bla bla and U r married to bla bla with the DATE of bla bla - something like that.

Just bring that during the interview.. to make it sure.. maybe some CO will not ask that one.. who knows..

Its better u have all the requirement..

BTW to get a CENMAR or CENOMAR it will take 2-3 days -

I would think it would be a certificate of marriage (CENMAR)as you should be able to get a certificate of NO marriage (CENOMAR). Of course there is some things i just dont understand too. That was the question I had so I could let my wife know.

You should get the CEMAR if you are married and CENOMAR for single. Like i have it right now to bring in my interview... I have a CEMAR from NSO.

Sept. 01, 2009 - NVC received & case# assigned

Oct. 19, 2009 - Log-in FAILED (YEPEE!!!!)

Oct. 20, 2009 - Case COMPLETE!!! (confirmed by the NVC operator)

Oct. 27, 2009 - Interview Date assign(By NVC operator)

Nov. 16-17, 2009 - Medical PASSED

Dec. 04, 2009 - INTERVIEW(APPROVED!!!)

Dec. 08, 2009 - Visa pick-up at the Embassy

Dec. 16, 2009 - CFO

Dec. 19, 2009 - My Flight - POE (JFK New York) via NWA
