Lousy day .. new info on our case

First of all.... I am very upset ,the tears just keep coming & coming....

I called my Congressman again today to get an update from him and give him my side of the updates....

I am almost 1 month outside of processing times and I files service inquiry a few weeks ago... still have not heard anything but I was (not successful)waiting patiently...He did not give me any news that he had not alread gave me .. THAT THEY LOOKING IN MY PAST MARRIAGE , i was married to a Moroccan before here in the USA( he had immigration issues and was deported) there was allegation of marriage fraud from his previous marriage back in 2000 but they could not get solid evidence to get a Federal Indiment.. so he was deported on overstaying a school visa ...with that said ..they are looking into my past to see if I am creating a pattern...I AM NOT... that was in 2005 ... so I asked him if I should get my attorney involved in this matter and he said at this point YES, it will good to them cos if you have the State involved plus attorny at this point they wil start to believe I am serious and I have nothing to hide...plus he said we may need to file FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT thingy.. to make them release what they are looking into proof..

So I emailed my Attorney in LA( I live In Nebraska), she replied , she was hoping it would not have come to this level but then was not surprised... even though she told me to proceed with out her in the beginning.. She told me they will definitly get any docoments from the arresting officer and the same guy that intargated me for 3 hours with other HOMELAND SECURITY Offiicals to see what his reports state.. well long story short this man is the devil himself TOM M.. you dont ever ever want to meet this person.. he is cruel, rude, a lier, scum of the earth.(I know he is only doing his job but ...) He flat out said HE HATES MOROCCANS and will go his grave til he gets all out of USA... so needless to say I am screwed.....

The only thing in my favor is a document he said my marriage to MO was not a scam and was real and bonafide...but whether this is in still in file is what has my attorney worried ... so she is going to look into it somemore and said we may have to contact this TOM M on our own at some point.. but she will not do anything until we are 6 months out of processing.... So now i have to wait another 5-6 months to here anything...

So now you all can see why I have crying all day ... it could be 1 year before he is here if I can even get past this first stage...

So now I have to decide what my next step is....

Wait and cry... try to be strong... give in and let them win..

So I am doign some creative fiancing to see if I can go to Morocco in January with what i have saved for the interview ... I am up for suggestion to a good Ticket price....

Help!!!! Get my spirits up....
