Fail Cultural Sensitivity test at work

No kidding. We recently had some bull ####### cultural sensitivity awareness thing at work. I failed it.

Now I have to sit with HR for some sort of bull ####### training.

Don't recall anyone asking me who my parents would be, when I would be born, which race I would have, was just kind of dumped here. Not only me, but everybody, no choice in that, but how they behave and act, that is where they have a choice.

Not to sound critical, but from some of your posts, do agree you can certainly use can use some sensitivity training. And perhaps several other board members could join you.

But at least they are providing your sensitivity training in a sensitive manner with meetings from your HR department. A more effective means, is, if they will meet with you behind the barn.

This thread reminded me of The Office episode in which Michael makes some racially insensitive comment at the office which results in the whole office having to have cultural sensitivity training. That was an awesome episode. I love The Office. :lol:
