i always believed that. plus, if it's more difficult to digest, if you put a 2'' piece of meat in your mouth and chew for half a second and wash down with soda (like someone i know do) it's way worse than cutting a decent 1/2'' piece, chew for a few seconds, swallow.

I eat slow...and well I'm not skinny. :lol: I don't eat slow on purpose, it just happens. Suj eats way faster than me at every meal, I'm always like come on slow down so we can actually eat together!

it's the right thing to do. you sit and have a meal, enjoying every bite, not just wash down like you're eating garbage.
