hello everyone!!!

hope all had a great long weekend!!!

went to my brother's high school football game against our across town rivals...they lost :(:( which was not great! i got burnt the sun got SO hot and one of my brother's team mates got severly injured.. they had to take him by helicopter to the med center in hershey...so keep him in your thoughts.....

michelle how is tristan doing???

Hi Shauna, so glad that you were able to get time off and see your brothers game. I hope his team mate will be ok.

I was thinking of you today when I heard the news of Steve Irwin's death (Crocodile Hunter). I know that Mike work's with stingrays. What does he think of this horrible accident?

Tristan is doing as well as can be expected. There's still some discomfort but it seems as if he is able to pretty much resume his normal activities. I believe that he will be having another surgery soon. Thanks for asking.

Hey Dru- I see you down there. :)

What is everyone up to during this 3 day weekend.

We had another soccer tournament....3rd in a row. Rained out on Sat (it was soooo nice to sleep in), so they had to make up all of the games yesterday and this morning. We ended up in the semi-finals today and it was soooo exciting (for anyone whose kids play or played sports), we went into double overtime--they play two 5 minute over times and if noone scores they go into penalty kicks...which means any of the kids that are on the field after the 2nd overtime shoot out against each goalie....we ended up losing 8-7 (goal kicks scored). We are a Division 4 team (there are 1 through 6, 1 being "the best") and we played Div 1, 2 and 3 teams in this tournament. Pretty exciting!! Season starts (through November) in Virginia next weekend.

Shauna, I hate to see the kids get hurt, especially when the helicopter lands on the field.....our coaches son was hurt last weekend, the goalie (of the other team), slide tackled his son and fractured his leg. He's out for the next 5-6 weeks!

Good luck to Andrew, Roy and now Mike on their interviews!!!

Isn't it crazy that freak accident with Steve Irwin??!!

Jax I hope you're feeling better. We had crazy weather this weekend, cold one moment, hot the next, raining next and then the sun came out.

Well, we've "set the date".......for Sept 18th. It's gonna be veeeeery small. We're just going to go to a park (weather permitting) and have a special day just me, Craig and my son (my son wants to be "the photographer"). The "big one" will be in Negril (at Negril Gardens) next year. If all works out (getting a sitter, etc), I'm going to surprise Craig and take him to the Poconos (Caesars Resorts) Sept 24th for 2 nights. My rep is working on getting me a comp room....so that will definitely be a bonus!! I've never been there....but have sold it a ton of times.

I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend !

Kelly

Anyone from NY go to the parade today? My sister inlaw says she is going to take me next year or her brother. The only way I could go is if I got pregant and could get time off of work sometime next year. She says I should go I wish sounds like fun. Maybe sometime we will make it to Brooklyn for that.

Hello everyone.

Thanks for the info Michelle. A few cities in Maryland is on the list.

My friends drove up to NY for the parade. I wished we joined them. Maybe next year. I'm sure the parades in DC and Baltimore is nowhere close to NYs.

I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend. Damien and I went to my family pool party yesterday then we danced all night - Stone Love was at our local Caribbean club ;) .

Kelly - congrats on setting a date . Let me know about the Poconos. I'm trying to plan something for our birthdays (his Dec 11...mine Dec 21), our second year anniversary (Jan 7) and Valentine's Day. Thanks.

The Pocono's are awesome. I went back in 86. We went in March and it was kind of quiet. March madnees was going on at the time. I think we were at Penn Hills. The room was very romantic. I would go back again.

I spent the day cleaning. When I get in the mood to toss "everything" I usually go to town. The clothes that I keep every year because "I will fit into to" are at Goodwill. The rubbish guys will not like me on Friday.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

WE ARE DONE!!!

Tell me more about the benefits of dual citizenship. Do you pay taxes in both countries? Are you allowed to work, buy a home? Where are the laws, regulations, and proedures for doing this?

I will get all the info from my friends and let u know. I will email them and one should get back to me by this weekend. They told me they recomended it. So I will get the low down on dual citzenship.

Our weekend was ok - hubby lost his wallet and over $100.00 cash :( but I pray that whoever found the wallet really needed the cash and it is a blessing to them. I had to cancel bank and credit cards but greencard wasn't in it so we're good.

I'm coming up on midterms so I spent all weekend doing homework *yawn*

Kelly, sorry I couldn't link you. I forgot to print your contact info before I left work on Friday

None of the queens (farrin) can top her, IMO. Didn't really care for Candy nor this years but they do their thing still.
